Shipping

Products on our website are for sale to customers in the continental USA. For other locations, please contact us. 

Your shipping address must be the physical street address on file with your credit card or Paypal. We may be able to ship to a different address, but please contact us prior to making your purchase. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Our primary shipment method is UPS Ground. We may be able to offer other options based on your location and the product(s) you are purchasing.

Free Shipping

Most bass guitars, amplifier heads, smaller speaker cabinets and effects include FREE SHIPPING to addresses in the continental USA via UPS Ground.  Exclusions: Sadowsky basses, Mesa products, Bergantino speaker cabinets, larger speaker cabinets, used and clearance items are not eligible for FREE SHIPPING. Please call for a custom quote if your item does not qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

International Shipping

We may be able ship to other locations around the world. Please note that there are some restrictions on where we can sell particular products. If you require international shipping, we request that you contact us prior to placing your order. That will let us mutually agree upon the best shipping option for you.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based on weight and size. Some long items, like most bass guitars, can often result in shipping companies charging an additional amount for the irregular shaped package or may even limit the shipping options that may be available, especially international shipments.

Please note that we cannot provide incorrect information on customs forms for international shipments.
