Since we stock the items that we sell, we strongly suggest your try it in our store or talk to us before your purchase to ensure you're receiving the best item for your needs. If you need to return an item, please contact us, as we'd like to resolve all issues as quickly as possible.
You may return most new, unopened items within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund, provided that you pay the shipping charges both ways and a 5% restocking fee. If you accept a store credit rather than a refund, the 5% restocking fee is waived. Opened items must be returned to us in the original condition with all packing materials, documentation, blank warranty card, etc. For items not returned in the original condition, the amount of the refund, if any, is solely at the discretion of Premier Bass Guitars. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item of your intent to return an item.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for your original purchase. We do not keep credit card information on file, so if you paid with a credit card we will need that information from you in order to process your refund. If you purchased with cash, your refund will be issued as a check. Refunds on items paid with Paypal will be processed as a credit to your Paypal account.
If you are returning the item due to a fault of ours (incorrect or defective item), we pay shipping both ways and there is no restocking fee. We must receive the item before a credit is processed. We will gladly replace the item or refund your money.
All new items come with the manufacturer's warranty only. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
Used items are sold "As Is", and sales on used items are final. We do our best to describe the condition of the item, so please ask all questions before your purchase. Please call during store hours for an in-hand description. Sales on discontinued and closeout items are final, and the manufacturer's warranty is included unless otherwise noted.
For all returns, please contact us in advance to receive a return authorization. This will ensure that we know you are returning an item and will help us expedite your refund. We would also kindly ask that you provide us with a tracking number for any returns so we can monitor its shipping progress. The item should be returned using the same shipping method we used to send the product to you. Refunds will be processed once we receive the item you are returning.
